How to book your visit

Pick a time that suits you, any time of day: virtual now, or in-office from November 23. The 8 steps below show exactly where to tap.

Booking online, step by step

Step 1: Choose patient type
Tap New Patient for your first visit, or Existing Patient if you’ve been seen before.

Step 2: Show available times
Your visit type is filled in. Add a short note if you like, then tap Show Available Times.

Step 3: Virtual or in-office
Choose Telehealth (video) or In-office.
Virtual visits are available now. In-office visits start November 23, and you can book them now.

Step 4: Find an open day
No openings this week? Tap the date under Next Available, or use the arrows. On the In-office tab, this takes you to November 23.

Step 5: Pick a time
Tap a time so it turns green, then tap the button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6: Enter your details
Choose I am the Patient, or I am NOT the Patient if you’re booking for someone else.

Step 7: Upload ID and insurance
Add front and back photos of your photo ID and insurance card. Coming in person? You can bring them to your visit instead.

Step 8: Confirm
Review your details and tap Confirm Appointment. You’ll get a confirmation email.
